i am looking to have a website beta version for testing functionalities;
the website should have a small database management writing and reading and modifying users information like name, address, phone number etc.
sms and email services should also be inncluded; sms and email notifications to users registered in the database .
the website will offer login/password to users, and after login, it will display a page showing information about the user.
i would prefer a wordpress development if possible and perhaps with some css, php in the backend.
a website should incorporate a dashboard for the administrator to enter the user and their particulars.
