Create a Simple Layout for One Page using Bootstrap

Our current page only has text and a title.

The new page involves:
1) A top bar, 2 components, an article text column, an audio player in another column, and an image

A web/tablet/mobile design will be supplied on Figma. An expert backend developer is already engaged in this project, and will develop functions of this page and what happens when things are clicked.

Note: the two components that need to be built will be used throughout the site on other pages (the other pages will not be built now though), so it is important that they are made correctly.
Secondary note: the 'columns' should use Bootstrap flex-boxes because we want to do some cool things with it in the future. You will know what this is and offer your ideas and advice too.
