Copy existing WooCommerce/Wordpress Site and Re-brand

Hi,
I'm looking to work with someone who can help me Copy my existing WooCommerce / WordPress site onto a new domain and then re-brand. Currently, there are around 4,500 products on the site. I want to keep the layout, menus, headers etc and all the features of my current site. I simply want to change the overall branding - colours, text fonts, logo, photos on homepages, address, business name etc.

the new domain is cotswoldlightinghub.co.uk
