Convert word documents to html template

I have a document that has been provided in word .docx format.

I need this converted to HTML templates.

This must then be run through wkhtmltopdf tool (download binary from https://wkhtmltopdf.org) and still look valid as a .pdf file.

We need both the working .html template and it to look valid as .pdf

I can provide a template from a different customer in html that works.
