Convert .psd to html page.

We require the .psd to be made in to a html page which we can use for an eBay listing. We can host the page and files. All text needs to remain editable; the design needs to look the same across web browsers.

We will require 3-4 more of these doing over the next few weeks so would be keen to find someone to work with moving forward.

Examples of similar past work would help us choose a freelancer.
