Convert figma to wordpress

i need my figma to be converted to website which has 5 pages and 18 sections.

- Animations have to be added. like scrol down menu at the top when hovered over it opens up the menu and closed when hovered out.
- scrol paralax on the website
- hover animations on boxes that you can see in the design
- it has to be responsive
- according to the figma design and not any mistakes or bad thing
