Completion of website (HTML & Java) to stage 1 and beyond

We are seeking a skilled HTML and Java expert to complete a website to its first stage with the potential for further development. The current website, located at www.thepainpeople.com, is already up and running, but requires several issues to be addressed. We are primarily interested in completing stage 1 at this time, with the possibility of moving to stage 2 in the future.

The project includes the provision of the website files and additional materials required for stage 1. We expect the freelancer to have a good understanding of HTML and Java and to be able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and reliability are essential, as well as the ability to think for oneself and solve problems.

We believe that much of the back-end functionality required for stage 1 is already in place, and we expect the freelancer to have a good understanding of database scalability and management.
