Looking for a few tweaks to my backend website

I need an option that when I delete a customers account all of their ticket purchases automatically revert back to available so I don’t have to do it manually in ticket edit

In the back end when I look at tickets for a competition, when I go to edit a ticket I need to see the persons name so I can locate the winners name quickly

On sign up I need the customer to enter their mobile phone number also and for the mobile number to be displayed along with the email on the customers section in the back end

I’d like an option where like on Wordpress they have a plug-in for bogo. I can set buy 2 get 1 free or buy 5 get 1 free add this to the coupon area on back end

The framework is laravel and it’s a custom build on a php platform too, I need a price to complete the work above and a time frame to get it complete please
