Changes to wordpress/woocommerce (full brief)

Full brief attached. Please read before sending proposal.

I need someone who can do the following:

1) Make changes to the billing/delivery fields within woocommerce
2) Create new fields within wordpress profiles (including logic fields)
3) Assign customers to Sales reps & Allow sales reps to login on behalf of customers as if they're logged in as a customer
4) Make changes on products to show prices including and excluding tax (VAT)
5) Create export to XML as per template to export daily via ftp.
6) Import to fields created in step 2 (xml/csv not yet confirmed which format) via FTP every 30 minutes
