Changes to Shopify theme

I am looking for someone to make some changes in a shopify theme that I have added to replace my current theme. I need the below things changing -

1. In the RUGGEDBEARDCO® Featured Products section I need the products to display across three rows. At the momemt is it one row with a scroller.

2. I need the "As Featured in" section that is on exsiting theme moved to the new theme.

3. I need the about us section on my exisiting theme duplicated on my new theme. The formatting has not copied across.

4. I need my footer replicated from my exsiting theme to my new theme.

5. i need the homepage banner converting to a sliding banner.
