Change Wordpress background colour and Header Layout

General information for the website: wordpress site needs to have a different background layout
Description of requirements/features: I need someone to transform the layout of my Wordpress theme to my desired request. The main components you will be changing are as follows:

Header - insert Logo and
Add addition Header
Add hover feature to menu text
Main Background - Make image full size and not repeat.
Skin Background - Make transparent
Position of social icons - add to top bar
Insert Vimeo video in the main page.
Change body of text colour to white (with instructions on how to change back to black)

I have all the assets i.e. logos and background image to provide and a working example of how I want it.

This is a very short deadline project and should not take more than 2 days. Only apply if you can commit to this deadline.Thank You
