Build an HTML/CSS3 website to W3C standard

We will provide PSD files of a home page and a general page.
Using this we will require the site to be set up with the home page plus the general page used to create up to 18 further pages.
The menu will also need to be set up with links to the pages.
This menu needs to be a dropdown menu and colour co-ordinated to compliment site.

There will be no content to be added to the genweral pages as this will be done as a seperate task.
