Build a website

We are looking for a total website site revamp.

We are a funeral home, so the site needs to be sleek and professional but also have a personal edge.

We have spent some time working out what pages we would want, and have made the following list:

home page
services page (with 4 packages pages)
review page
gallery page
information pages x 4
Will writing service (with downloadable forms)
contact us page.
online donations (which are handled by a 3rd party provider)
useful contacts
F.A.Q

We would also like a shop section, which would be split into two halfs

1, funeral flowers - where clients can place an order and pay for flowers online
2, Urns and keepsakes ect.

I posted this job a while ago and the seller couldn't stick to the time frame he set out, so please when you send your proposal please state how long this would take, and when it would be able to go live.

I also want the site building on word press so that I can easily add comments, photos and stock as I need too.
