Build 7-page site from ready-made HTML/CSS files + Rentl.io

All 7 pages have been fully designed and are ready as complete HTML/CSS files with a detailed developer briefing document. I do not need any design work — I need someone to take these files, make them pixel-perfect against the designs, connect them to my booking system (Rentl.io), and get them live on GoDaddy.
