Boutique high end dog grooming website needed

I need a website to be build on Wordpress preferably. The website need to reflect my brand image, which is high end, friendly and creative.
We are opening a new location end of the year so a page needs to be created to allow people to sign up for a newsletter or for opening information.
The website needs to predominantly be for the grooming but we do also run a training academy.
I need a 4 page website which allows an outside company to run and edit the SEO capabilities and I am already paying for this service.
