Description

Experience Level: Entry
We're looking for a front-end developer to help maintain and expand our Bootstrap website as part of an ongoing SEO project.

Tasks include:

Creating new pages from existing templates
Adding categories and subcategories
Updating navigation and internal links
Making HTML/CSS edits
Implementing basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings)

Requirements:

Strong Bootstrap, HTML & CSS skills
Basic JavaScript knowledge
Understanding of SEO best practices
Attention to detail

This is an ongoing role at £15/hour.

    Monkey — could you share whether the website already has a defined page-template system and SEO process in place, such as reusable Bootstrap components, a style guide, sitemap rules, and a preferred method for managing titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking?

    I’d also be interested to know whether the ongoing work involves editing static files directly in a repository or working through a CMS/build process, as that would help clarify the workflow and how changes are reviewed and deployed.

    Are the new pages generated from a static Bootstrap codebase, or is there a build process/CMS (e.g., Jekyll, Hugo, Eleventy, or another system) managing templates, navigation, and SEO metadata that the developer will need to work with?
