Booking service/ membership website development

I am looking for a competent designer who can deliver me a good website that meets my requirements:

UPDATE: Please read carefully, I have had a lot of proposals for this project and I want to narrow down my options, Please check you are able to deliver what I have requested and now I have included answers to FAQs because I can't get back to everyone and I want to make a decision asap.
It will be disappointing to fail to properly propose and we start and then I find out you cannot really deliver what I asked, which will be a waste of my time and yours so lets make sure you fully understand the brief and can deliver and have a good standard of work and work relevant to what I require.

Task:. to build a custom code website.

How I see the site functioning:

Landing Page- strong image of a service with header- membership, services, contact
-membership ( 1 application form for membership and another for service businesses to apply- I have done a rough version of the forms) with what it needs to contain, e.g name , tel etc)
-thank you message for submitting your form, one message for membership and another for businesses


Rest of the Website ( button to switch between English and Spanish as shown on pujol.com.mx website, task rabbit functions, anabells.co.uk landing page function example)

Examples:

About us
Home service (9) ( drop down list of services) - page of all the services- each service linked to service providers for that service

Travel ( drop down list of options) - page of all travel option (5) - each linked to service providers for that service, e.g. drivers - when click from drop down, it goes to a page with a list of all the drivers and then from their you can click on your desire driver, see their profile and add them to cart of bookings or book just them) -same function across all services

Bespoke concierge- a form to request a custom/ bespoke service/ help
