Bespoke website design

I need a new website built that has to focus more on the design. I don't want a standard out of the box template design, it needs to be bespoke.
It needs to shout about our product in a fresh and funky way but still needs to give the green message.
We only need some main pages such as FAQ and shop, where to buy, comments, awards and partners page, contact us etc... we need to retain the little animation somewhere...
