Scope of Work:
Architecture Rebuild: Transitioning from heavy page builders (Elementor/Divi) to a clean, lightweight architecture using ACF Pro or native Gutenberg blocks.
Performance Optimization: Extensive codebase sanitization, removing technical debt (deprecated functions, unused plugins), and optimizing asset loading (e.g., wc-cart-fragments.js).
Technical SEO & Schema: Implementing robust schema markup, canonicalization, and ensuring 100% URL structure preservation with proper 301-redirect mapping.
UX/UI Technical Cleanup: Standardizing interface elements (margins, font weights, touch targets for mobile) to resolve "technical friction" caused by legacy CSS without altering the brand design.
Core Web Vitals: Bringing LCP, FID, and CLS metrics into the "Green Zone."
Requirements for Candidates:
Proven experience in deep WooCommerce refactoring (not just theme setup).
Mandatory: Please provide 2+ live examples of WooCommerce projects where you migrated from a page builder to a custom/block-based theme without changing the original design.
Strong knowledge of WordPress Core, PHP, and modern frontend best practices.
