AWS configuration optimisation and coaching

We are a small business with a collection of AWS services including EC2, RDS.

We look after most things, managing the instances, launching new services.
But we need some help optimising our instances (for example setting up scheduled auto-scaling on EC2 and RDS)

Coaching: we also need coaching to help us look after our environment a bit more confidently. We are not asking for in-depth training, but simply enough coaching so that we can tweak things and understand what has been done in the environment.

So we are looking for someone to optimise the configuration (help reduce AWS costs) and do this in a coaching style, so that we learn how to do some of these optimisations ourselves.

We expect this to take around 4 hours.
