Assistance linking my Google Adwords account with my Google Analytics account

Hi,

I require a web-developer to assist me with the following:

1. Linking my Google Adwords account with my Google Analytics account. I have tried to do it myself but it hasn't worked. See attached screenshot. I followed the instructions on the instruction form but it keeps failing to enable tagging

2. I also tried to set up the conversion tracking, but an error occurred. See attached.

3. Advice on why the billing page is blank. See attached screenshot.

Need it doing ASAP, so please let me know when it can be done.
