I have a client who has a wordpress website and is looking to integrate to a CRM called Zenoti.
Zenoti has quite comprehensive documentation for its API here: https://docs.zenoti.com/ that might useful to review when you're considering if you're able to undertake it.
Ultimately, we want to set it up so webforms (we use a third party plugin in Gravity Forms in Wordpress at the moment) pass the data via the API to the CRM, so that it updates existing customers in the CRM with the enquiry or creates a new customer in the CRM if not.
