An online portfolio design made into a website...

I need my design for m portfolio taken from a design, and made into a website. In total it will be around 5 primary pages, with around 3/4 sub pages for the type of work i am displaying on that page. the work will be displayed in scrollers, and the single scroller icons need to work for the image part and description of the image.

You can go wild with the coding, but I'm hoping for a seamless experience for the visitors...

I would like the site to be made then sent to me to get hosted.
