Amend banner to index page - Add New page (PHP file) to site

I need a large banner adding to an existing website, the website has adult content, so say if you don't work on adult content sites, there's no need to reply:

If it's ok, this is the job;

a) Add small white text (Arial 5.5) that scrolls left to right in bottom half centimeter of the landscape banner.
I will provide the original banner if you want to take the job.
Scrolling white text for banner will be provided:


b) Add a reduced size logo at top left of landscape banner.
c) add the banner to index page of website.

d) add a NEW page (PHP file) to the existing site that the banner will link to (php page file i would provide). The new page url would also be provided.

e) I would provide you with Meta title/Meta description/Meta keywords & H1 bold black text that is already showing on the New page file.

f) After i have checked and said the new banner is ok, you would add it to index page of website and position it as per my requirements. Banner is large (i will provide - as seen). When users click on banner it should take them to the New page file you have uploaded on the website

I am offering £50 for this work. if you don't know how to add a web page file to an existing site, you should not send any proposal. Proposals above £50 will not be replied to. If i haven't worked with you before. Total price 50, deposit £20 in your proposal.
