Alteration to Laravel site

We are looking for someone to make some updates to our Laravel portal site. We currently have it set up to accept other vendors but we would like to give additional options for them to add their own pages and customisations. There is already the functionality to do this for most options required on an admin level, just not on an individual basis.

The main site needs adapting so that each aspect is changed based on an item (lets say username) in the URL. (there wont be more than 20 items, all are existing already).

The site currently searches by static locations (i.e. place names stored in the database), we would like this changed to be google geolocation api based on the location typed rather than static locations stored in the database. We already have longitude and latitude stored, so it will just be a case of updating this to be how the search is based. This can also be included in the create page to add a listing.

The search results will also need updating so that the user who's URL it is has their listings first, with featured logo (already done), and discount badge (again, already done).

the final change will be to commission, from if the URL username matches the listing username, there will be no commission otherwise, a proportion of the commission goes to the URL username. (Commission is already implemented on the site, so will just be setting it to zero + adding some to a user when a sale is generated.)
