I have a working website in wordpress where I need to add customer services chatbot integrated with LLM (Llama2 or GPT-4t).
Additionally, the chatbot should be setup with responses in both arabic and english towards assistance with the provided services.
Furthermore, once all the chatbot responses have been exhausted, the chat would be diverted to whatsapp chat to the set number.
Once the chat has been closed, option for evaluating the agent response would be offered.
All the transcripts and evaluations should be recorded in the website database for reverting back for inspection.
