Description of every page/module: small microsite, no advanced functionality
Description of requirements/features: we want to add parallax in to the site
Extra notes:

Budget isnt set, i want to get quotes for this
Timescales are sooner the better but not urgent
looking to rework all existing pages so rather than scrolling conventionally its more animated but looking to do this page by page and not to combine pages into one.
