Accommodation Booking website with CMS / Clone website and change/add features

Hi,
I need a great web programmer/developer to build a website for me. It is an online booking for accommodation with CMS. The website must be SEO friendly!

The concept is similar to www.airbnb.com/ but better as there are variations in features, etc.

Web main specifications are:

CMS
SEO capability (on page optimization, etc.)
URL rewriting for dynamic pages (Mod_Rewrite)
Users account and profile + messaging
Listing management --users can list own properties/edit etc. Option of free and paid listing.

Database --can search with requirements and calculate average price per person
