A wordpress website with an interactive map

I'm looking for website development work for my restaurant recommendation site

I am hoping to develop a wordpress site that has a landing page/home page, an About page and a Contact page.

Posts would be surfaced on the front page and would relate to specific restaurants, and I'm hoping to use some open source map tool to visually show where the restaurants are.

The map should be on the landing page, with posts on the right hand side for web based, and below for mobile.

The domain name and hosting has been set up and I am using Wordpress to host

I have attached an image of a different website that uses similar open source map tool.

I will be manually inputting the blog posts about the restaurants and the map will display the restaurant location based on the posts that I write - this does not need to happen automatically, I can do a manual step to link a blog post to a map point where a post is published and the corresponding map marker is added afterwards.

The website will only focus on one city

The map should show only restaurants with active deals. If a user clicks the map icon it should offer a small pop up with information, and the ability to click the restaurant name and access the blog post.

There should be a separate page with archived restaurants and more detailed posts

The site should also offer MailChimp integration, allowing users to sign up for a newsletter
