A website, with full mobile compatibility, with interactivity

I need a website creating that has two distinct sections: a teacher login and a student login. The teacher signs up to the website then logs in with their details. This will take them to a page of short evaluative lesson surveys (which I will send) in the form of ‘exit tickets’ (for example one might say ‘what did you enjoy most about today’s lesson?’). There will be about 20-30 of these exit tickets for the teacher to choose from. The teacher selects which exit ticket they want their students to complete and clicks ‘release’. This gives the teacher a pin code. The pin is shared with the teacher’s students who enter the pin in the student section of the website. When they enter the pin, the exit ticket appears. They type in their responses. They click ‘send to teacher’ and the teacher gets a report from each student in their email inbox outlining their responses (or this just appears on their teacher log in page).
