We need to build like a 1 or 2 page website with the following requirements.
1. User is able to access website
2. Website should be able to hold documents downloadable by user
3. User should be able to provide name and e-mail address and location before they can download the document.
4. There should be a contact us form on the website.
In summary, I think this website will be a 2 page website.
Please note that there might be more than one downloadable document and there are a lot of free templates out there that can be used also. Thank you

The website would be static one page, starting from download the document request which leads to information section and at the footer would be contact us?
Specify documents types, size limitation, do you have design already or want to outline that first as well
