A responsive web-based app

General information for the website: Service booking web application
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I need a responsive web app through which:

1. Request for services can be booked.
2. Partners delivering services can register.
3. Text notifications can be sent to customers once partners confirm and accept to deliver a request.
4. Update of Partners' list with new Partner information after their application is approved.

Indicators
1. If a partner accepts to deliver a request, customers should see that they are occupied.
2. An admin dashboard to provide the business owner with the status of all jobs, pending requests and finished requests.
3. Integration with an easy to use cloud-based data storage service (open-minded).
