A responsive design for an existing website

General information for the website: The website is an existing jobboard
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: we need a very talented designer to provide us with a single page design for our website.
The page to be done, include the requested CSS or .JS file. But I need a single page where all the content of this website www.prosyjob.com will be displayed both on mobile and pc.
Description of requirements/features: The dev most be made "mobile first"
For any page of the existing website, we (the local team) we will make the necessary changes to comply with the responsive requirement
For e.g :
A page like this : http://www.prosyjob.com/emploi_welcome.asp actually use tables () we will change all of it according to the requirement of the designer
At the end of the job, bellow are the 5 pages that must display very well on computers, tablets and mobile phones :

Extra notes: Please avoid very common responsive design template. As webmaster we known must of them, we need something original.
