A professional website incorporating Google charts into the JavaScript code

General information for the website: Social utility site with results capable of being posted on Facebook and Twitter
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 18
Description of every page/module: A layout has already been designed to be implemented by the developer. It will be shared to successful applicant once a non disclosure document has been signed.
Description of requirements/features: Please read carefully, this is not an easy Wordpress site!

I require a developer that can execute a pre designed web design, implementing an excel formula with Google charts JavaScript and build it into the code for the website. The inputs from the user will have to dynamically update the chart display. The results from the users inputs can then be posted onto social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
CMS and Admin requirements: Full CMS and admin rights to be handed over to me upon completion for hosting on my own server. Installation support required.
Extra services needed: Installation, Customization
Specific technologies required: An ability to use and integrate Google charts or other charting technology into JavaScript as long as it is open source.
