A brand new website for a small cleaning company

Hello,
We are a small cleaning company that would like to upgrade our current website.

Our vision is a simple easy professional website, minimal text and lots of big pictures.
We like the idea of a large encaputuring picture on the homepage - something that with time can be added to such as our new products, discounts and offers available for new and existing clients. As we plan on releasing our own cleaning products in a years time, we will need the ability to add in a shopping facility on the website.
The corporate colours are a bright green, black and white. The designer will need to work with us and let us know the colour code for the chosen green, as this is something we haven't asked for in the past.
We would like similar content and pages that we have now, but please see below the important pages for us:

Home page - large rolling picture (that can be stand alone if needed) and content about the company. On this page we would like to have an enquiry form for those browsing the website. On this page we would like to add Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram - but these are yet to be set up. We are hoping to have all pages up and running by the end of October.

Contact us - all our company details including another enquiry form

Commercial Cleaning - we are changing our target market and so this page needs to reflect this - we are definitely open to ideas for this page.

Domestic cleaning - we would like a page to highlight that we do cater for domestic clients, but currently this isn't so important for us.

Blog page - a space where we can direct our customers through email marketing to read our new blogs, top tips on cleaning and any news stories we would like to publish here.

Customer reviews - an area for our new and existing customers to publish their reviews on the company.
