Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm interested to build 4 web HTML+CSS pages. I have the wireframes, the pictures and the texts. But: 1)templates cannot be used, 2)CMS as Wordpress or Joomla and so on are not permitted and 3) CSS should be self build, not using external CSS files as bootstrap or boiling plate.
