2x joomla websites requires the professional touch

I have 2x websites already created using joomla, hosted on my own server. I require an experienced Joomla expert to tweek and change possibly even rebuild the websites to a more professional standard.
We started the websites however we have ran out of time due to more work comming in.
I would like to build a good working relationship with a freelance web developer as i will have a lot more work in the future.
