I am seeking a skilled developer to create a Python-based application that integrates with a WhatsApp Business account to automate customer support responses. The application should perform the following tasks:

Retrieve Messages: Fetch incoming messages from customers on the WhatsApp Business account. These messages can be in any language.

Generate Responses: Use the OpenAI API to formulate responses based on the customer's questions.

Web Interface: Develop a user-friendly web interface accessible via a URL, consisting of three columns:

Left Column: Displays a list of all active chats, similar to WhatsApp's "chats" page, allowing users to scroll and select different conversations.
Middle Column: Shows the chat history in the original language as typed by the customer.
Right Column: Displays the conversation translated into English using ChatGPT.
Response Workflow:

Question Received: The application receives a question from a customer.
Draft Answer: ChatGPT drafts an answer in English.
Adjust Answer: The user can adjust the drafted answer if necessary.
Translate and Send: The adjusted answer is translated back to the original language and sent to the customer.
