Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can help me take an entrant list in excel format, and import into a system that can allocate entrants random numbers as if a lottery and send them their numbers.

Not too sure if there is a plugin out there for this or software someone has used before and can recommend?

UPDATE
I'm not after having anything bespoke made its just to see if I can easily use the excel information and put intol a tool like Google Random Number Generator

Sorry this post has gone on as im working for a client, and they basically want to take all entrants into a competition,and be able to randomly create a winner. he's asked if someone can clone Google Random Generator and if its possible we email all entrants their ticket numbers?

    -> assign each participant a random number -> mail the tickets to each of them -> pick a winner -> send mail regarding who won
