QA Testing - Ongoing Job for Ecommerce Business

We are an ecommerce business with a development team of two. A CTO and a junior dev.

We do weekly releases of peer reviewed code.

However we find that often functionality may break, or there may be some element of the site or backend that has an issue. This can often be missed for some time before its picked up by customer service, management or the dev team.

We need an experienced QA tester who can perform twice monthly QA tests on the site, running through all functionality from a user perspective, admin perspective and other roles, to find bugs, features that need checking and summarise them in a clear and easy to action report.

Im looking for someone who's interested in 2-3 days of work a month, perhaps on a day rate basis. Who can submit the QA report twice monthly shortly after they have completed tests. We will introduce the candidate to our systems, tests that should be run and a gree a framework for testing.

Im interested in experienced QA testers who know how to summarise bugs and communicate effectively with technical people and developers.
