QA Engineer for web3 smart contract based project

We’re building Midcontract.com, a platform that brings together crypto payments, escrow, and automated contracts in one simple experience for freelancers, agencies, and remote teams.
Our mission is to help people work globally, get paid fairly, timely and conveniently.

As we continue to grow, we’re adding new features like:
- On-chain deal templates
- Payment automation using Solidity and Layer 2s
- White-label components for other platforms
- Token-gated contracts and DAO-friendly workflows
- Multi-party escrow and built-in dispute resolution


We’re looking for a QA Engineer who can help us make sure everything we build is reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

What you'll be doing:
- Testing frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) features
- Working closely with developers to catch issues early
- Writing and maintaining test plans and checklists
- Making sure Web3 flows, APIs, and smart contracts work as expected
- Helping us spot edge cases and improve the user experience

What we're looking for:
- Experience testing modern blockchain web3 apps (both manually and with automation)
- An eye for detail and a user-first mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, async teams
- Bonus if you’ve tested blockchain apps, smart contracts, or wallets before
