Description
Payments work fine from mobile wallets and exchange withdrawals, but when paying via browser wallet extensions (MetaMask / Rabby / Coinbase Wallet extension) it often fails. Sometimes the network can’t be selected, sometimes the payment just doesn’t go through.
I need someone to test this flow and clearly show where it breaks, so we can fix it.
What to do
Go to the site and try to pay for a test product
Product price is $1 (we will reimburse this cost)
Make a few attempts using a browser wallet extension
Test a couple of networks/tokens (I’ll provide the list)
When it fails: capture screenshots and what you clicked step by step
If there’s a browser console error, screenshot or copy it
What to send
Screenshots or a short screen recording
Exact error message (as-is)
Wallet extension, browser, and OS
Simple steps to reproduce (1–2–3)

Hi SHukroh,
Which blockchain networks and token standards are currently supported by your custom payment flow (and are their chain IDs and RPC endpoints hard-coded or dynamically detected)?
Thanks

Hey Great lady Shukroh, Just wanted to quickly clarify a few things to pinpoint where the browser wallet flow breaks:
Are users encountering issues with specific networks (e.g. Ethereum, Polygon), or is it happening across all chains?
Do the failed transactions occur during connection, approval, or after signing and are there any console errors when it happens?
Also, are multiple wallet extensions installed at the same time? Conflicts between MetaMask, Rabby, or Coinbase Wallet can block injection.
Let me know I’ll take it from there.
