Develop a website for my new company, non-flash, able to do e-commerce, strong search engine, easy navigation able to jump around easily, PDF downloads of pages, a feature showing what the visitor has seen so they can jump back to something that caught their interest with ease.


And very very important blazing fast design, I know the host has much to do with speed but good design is also critical.

Graphically I am looking for a minimal feel but not sparse. The navigation controls, buttons should all be familiar to the user fro experiences with other popular sites. I do not want to inconvenience the user.
