Flutter Google Ad Manager Setup

1. UX and Designs needed for integrating with google ad manager or kevel to allow customers to purchase ads and upload their video ads for distribution in our mobile app.
2. Frontend development in flutter to show and display the ads served as well as screen with form for the customer to create and purchase their ad.
3. API Integration with Google Ad manager or kevel to create ad created by customer.
4. Serve in-stream video ads based on ad server decision.
5. Developer must be familiar with flutter.
6. There should be daily pushes to the dev branch of our repository in bit bucket to confirm work.
7. Agency or developer should have expierience working with google ad manager or similar platform.
8. If there is no direct sale inventory then network ad inventory from admob should be displayed.
