I am not an accountant but am using xero to prepare my VAT and Self Assessment returns. I have successfully conciliated five months of my bank statements using Xero but essential details now appeared to.have disappeared from my downloaded bank.files. Xero has suggested adding the missing details manually but.this is not working. I need help to restore the effectiveness of the Xero programme.
