Description
Experience Level: Entry
The overall goal of the project is to create some sort of tutorial/develop a set of scripts that will simulate, process, and/or analyze biological data. This should be genomic data if possible, such as fasta files, but it doesn’t have to be. I realize this is very general.
I need to be able to tell others how to use the scripts in a tutorial that I record myself in about 10 minutes.
It should also have enough documentation to be self-contained, so people should be able to run the scripts with the provided data on their own. The scripts should be well-commented so I can upload them to my GitHub repo. The dataset should be in a csv file that I can also upload. You will also need to make a README page that I can include in the repo. The README should be very clear so that someone with no prior knowledge of the project can see what the overall goal of the project is, what the scripts do, and what the final output of the project is.
Let me know if you can do this. It requires creativity as well as programming expertise.
