WP / eMember / Gravity Forms editing + PayPal integration

Expert in Wordpress required who can edit the way in which a user pays for membership so that a Gift Aid form can be presented before payment is taken.

At present it is this:

1. Selecting their Subscription they go to Paypal
2. Pay the subscription and once the payment is confirmed, the plugin generates the account
3. Members receive a unique link via email to complete the registration
4. Members set their username and password

So after that they can then go to different pages, forms, or gift aid.

This is the order in which the client has asked the process to be:

Membership Process and Payment:

There are approximately 6 types of membership buttons. Each membership button takes you to PayPal to process payment before it takes any membership information. We need to amend the process to the following:-

Existing/new member goes to membership page

Clicks on chosen membership button

Button takes them to a form that requires all the member to submit their details and at the end it shows a check box for Gift Aid.

If Gift Aid is checked a secondary form appears to be filled in with relevant info (preferably pre-populated from the info in the 1st form) and once completed and submit button has been pressed the member is taken back to the original form to proceed to payment. At present this is a separate form but it doesn't need to be - it can be a dropdown from the existing form, just as long as the entire form results show Gift Aid has been checked.

If Gift Aid box is unchecked no secondary form appears and the customer then is taken to PayPal to complete the payment process.

The Wordpress theme is called Themer and it must stay / work on this platform. You must be an expert in Wordpress. Full Admin access will be granted.
