Wordpress shipping plugin to connect with courier's API

Hello,

I want to create a wordpress plugin to send some orders details from my woocommerce website to the courier company's API, so I can generate all the shipping labels automatically.

I have all the GET/POST data needed and the token key.

We will need to send to the API the order details such as:
- ReceiverName
- ReceiverAddress
- ReceiverCity
- ReceiverPostal
- ReceiverTelephone
- Notes
- OrderID
- Cod

and then the API will return in JSON:
- error
- Voucher number

Could you please give me a quote and an ETA?
