Wordpress Project: Back Up and Restore website

Dear People Per Hourers

My You Revolution website (www.you-revolution.com) has been taken down by one.com (my website host) as it had malware on board.

Below is a link to back up and restore the site, which I would like you to implement for me please.

Also I’d like you to route out the malware and, if possible, plug the gaps it came in by. A plugin? And update?
