Description
Experience Level: Entry
We have an Ecommerce website built with Wordpress and Woocommerce.
We have 2 warehouses that stock our products.
Each of our customers that sign up to our website are allocated a location where their stock comes from - we do this from within the customers account in the 'users' menu. Their orders will always be shipped from their allocated location.
On the website they should only be able to see and purchase the amount of stock for each product that is available from their location.
To achieve this we have used a Multi Location Warehouse Management plugin...
https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-multi-locations-inventory-management/28949586
Currently this works just fine for all the products that are set up within Woocommerce as a 'Simple product'. We can set stock quantities for each warehouse (see attached screenshot)
However many of our products are set up as 'Grouped Products' for which we used this plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-grouped-product/
Essentially they are set up by linking selected single products, the product name, price and stock quantity from these gets pulled through and this allows customers to select which products to purchase.
If you can see the attached screenshot, within the grouped product it states the number of items that are in stock for each product. This however is showing the total amount in stock at *both* warehouse locations.
We need it to pull through the amount that is in stock for the location the customer has been allocated to, and they mustn't be able to order more than that amount.
Would anyone be able to resolve this for us? Both these plugins are an important part of our website and we need to get them to work together
If you could provide us with a timeframe and cost that would be great, we are looking to launch our website asap as this is the last thing that needs resolving for us.
Many Thanks,
